Parempaan pyritään tässäkin asiassa, mutta vain hyväksyttyjä pöytäkirjoja on mahdollista julkaista. Maaliskuun viimeisen päivän pöytäkirja saadaan mukaan kun se hyväksytään 11.5 kokouksessa. Referointiakin on kokeiltu ja voidaan toki tehdä jatkossakin tiedonkulun nopeuttamiseksi.
